Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a participant?

A participant is counted when he/she registers for the event as a paid entry through the platform. We do not charge for free entries.

How is the billing structure?

You will be charge monthly based on the number of participants who sign up that month. The bill is based on new participants added in each month.

What other fees do I need to pay?

There is no other fees that you need to pay. The fee stated in the plan includes all the credit cards and bank transfer fees.

If I start off with one plan, can I upgrade or downgrade to a different plan later?

You can upgrade to a higher-level plan at any time by getting in touch with us. You'll be charged for the new price when you upgrade your plan. However you cannot downgrade your current plan.

What are my payment options?

We will deduct StarPodium service fee from the fund we collected before paying out to you. If you opt for pass on fee to participant, you will receive the exact ticket amount from the payout.

Will I have to pay for any other features once I use StarPodium?

You get access to every feature currently included in the plan you choose for each event.

When is the right time to start using StarPodium with your events?

You'll get the most out of StarPodium if you start with a new event. If you're switching over from your current solution, we can assist you with the switch.

Can I export my participants data?

Absolutely! You can export all your participants data from the platform easily.

Will my event data be deleted after the event is over?

No, we do not delete any data when an event is over. We are custodians of data on behalf of organisers that use StarPodium; each organiser owns its event and participant data. We do not misuse your data or cross sell/market them to any other events.
